It would be useful to have the minutes of the most recent meeting available before the next meeting, not 2 months later.
Hi Inga, sorry about that the, link has now been updated. I see your point about the timelyness of the minutes. Our procedure is that in each meeting we approve and publish the mintues from the previous meeting. I will check in our handbook and with the other members about making the draft available earlier.
