We have received this from the Edinburgh University Forest and Peatland Programme Community Ranger:

I am getting in touch to share some upcoming volunteering opportunities in September, where we will be planting sticky catchfly and common rock-rose, which are locally important plants. We are working with Scottish Wildlife Trust Stirling and Clackmannanshire Local Group to increase the populations of these two plants.

On Friday 19 Sept we will have a full day activity (10am-3pm) and on Saturday 20 Sept will be a half day (10am-1pm) in a more accessible location. The activity will involve carrying plants and tools, walking on informal paths and rough ground and surveying the existing plants.
