Please find attached a Briefing Note providing an update of progress on the Section 75 legal agreement currently under negotiation for the Park of Keir development received from Stirling Council.
Why does this development have to be on this particular area between Dunblane and Bridge of Allan?? This causes more congestion between Bridge of Allan and Dunblane, and even more traffic passing through Bridge of Allan. They could build this sports complex at Cromlix Hotel, and use land their for housing.
