Waste collection disruption

posted 6 Dec 2012, 06:50 by Communications TEAM
Stirling Council Waste Services have encountered considerable difficulty this week in accessing areas of upper Bridge of Allan due to the current weather conditions.  As a result many boxes of recyclables remain uncollected.  Residents are requested to leave the boxes out until collection is achieved or if they have adequate capacity they can be removed and put out again for Monday's normal collection.  We are advised that Stirling Council intend providing an up date on the situation through their website but at the time of issuing this notice, 2.45pm Thursday, it has yet to appear.
