The aim of this course is to raise awareness of key food hygiene issues: Bacteria, Causes of Food Poisoning, Preventing Food Poisoning and Personal Hygiene. The course style is informal and requires participation from delegates with active discussion, group exercises and the use of video extracts. There is no test or exam at the end of the course, delegates simply receive a certificate of attendance. This course is aimed at members of Community Groups.
